To set Danny at ease (and keep their bromance going) I asked my husband, Ed, to do the interviewing. You can tell these guys have too much fun together!
Happy Danny always has time for DannyGokeyNews. Ed did a great job, and asked really good questions. Danny is so busy. Hope he gets some rest and family time. Traveling overseas… wow! He’s getting bigger and bigger. His audience larger and larger. Very happy and excited about his success. So grateful to Jan and Ed’s friendship with Danny to keep us all up-to-date and well informed. 🙂

Loved Danny’s interview with Ed, Jan! The only problem is that Danny talks so fast and still has that accent, so it is difficult for me to understand what he is saying. (My hearing impairment doesn’t help.) I particularly was interested in the question about depression (did I see that right?) and Danny’s responses thereafter. I feel more reassured that Danny is grounded. I worry. (I’m good at that.) It’s good for Danny to tour a lot while the kids are young enough to come along and are not going to school. (So they still get to see their dad.) And hopefully, Danny is investing and/or socking away the money he earns. Especially nowadays, music careers have a short shelf life. He and his family will need an income stream for later on.

Thanks! I did have more questions…. but Ed isn’t one to read them off a list 😉 The location was a bit strange….. the maintenance room? We started off backstage with the pretty trees in the background but the lighting was so bad I didn’t think the video would be very clear and how would Ed ever read in the dark? 😉
And when we were done, Danny was off to visit with his Dad, Grandma and Aunt with Leyicet and the kids.

Danny definitely has an accent, Jan, and it doesn’t help that he talks fast and that I’m hearing-impaired. I assume that it’s a Milwaukee accent, but I am not sure about that. He doesn’t really sound like Pam or another friend I have (old classmate) who is from Milwaukee.
