New Christmas Music is on it Way!
We are excited to see the cover art and a bit of the information on Danny’s soon-to-release album, “The Greatest Gift, A Christmas Collection”. Get ready for it on October 25th! Preorder it on Amazon HERE.
Capital Christian Music Group describes Danny’s second Christmas album as:
a mix of Christmas classics and original songs, this new album will fit in perfect in any Christmas collection. Featuring mainstays “Come Let Us Adore Him,” “Angels We Have Heard On High,” & and both an English and Spanish version of the hymn “Silent Night.” This new album also features 3 brand new original songs written by Danny.
How exciting! Three new songs by Danny and some of my favorites, too! There’s still room for three more Christmas classics on the album (hopefully more…) What do you hope Danny has included of your favorites??
UPDATE! Pre-order the album for only $6.89 on Amazon!
I’ve found the track list! Here is the songs Danny has on the new album:
Congratulations to Danny and team – and especially Jan 😉
“Awesome…..Can’t wait….Love ❤ his music. He’s so soulful and spiritual….A true treasure and gift!”
Yes, Danny is giving me a special gift this Christmas 😍 Another Christmas album!!
Oh how exciting! I can hardly wait!
Hi Catherine! Thanks for joining me in celebrating new Danny Christmas music — to be in our hands in only about 7 weeks!!
Hi Karen, thanks for commenting. We can’t wait either! From now on all you posts will show without delay.
I can’t wait. It’s a late birthday present and an early Christmas present. 🎄🤶☃️
I can’t wait for the Christmas music! I wish his tour was coming to Wisconsin this year, but i know we have to share his gift with the west coast!💕
Hi Janet!! I also am sad that my Christmas tradition will have to wait this year. I begrudgingly share the Celebrate Christmas Tour with the West Coast…. Hopefully we get it back for 2020.
But a new Danny Christmas album will be the perfect balm!!
I found the full track list. I am not surprised that The Prayer is included. I wonder if it is just Danny or did they get permission to include Natalie?
Also, this classic song is listed under Danny’s songwriting credits, I’m guessing that he made some modifications? I like the idea of new twists on some classics.
O COME LET US ADORE HIM

Here is some background about Hank Bentley. I bet he and Danny have a LOT to talk about when they get together!
As a writer, Bentley loves collaborating. He’s co-written songs with many of the industry’s biggest artists including, Crowder, Lauren Daigle, Bethel, Jesus Culture, and Matt Maher. He co-wrote Lauren Daigle’s “First” which reached Number 1 at radio and was nominated for Song of the Year at both the Dove Awards and K-LOVE Fan Awards as well Crowder’s “My Victory” which was just nominated for Worship Song of the Year. He’s also been gaining traction as a Producer having worked with Laura Story, Micah Tyler, and Crowder on his Grammy nominated American Prodigal record. Bentley is one of the industry’s top up and coming Producers and Songwriters who has a bright future ahead of him.
When not writing, touring, or producing, Bentley spends his time at home in Nashville, TN with his wife of 15 years, four young children, and two Newfoundland dogs. He and his wife are also passionate about real estate and design. They recently bought a foreclosure that they completely remodeled using his design, and they hope to take on more renovation projects together in the future. A creative through and through, Bentley’s desire to write music is seemingly never ending. He says “Creating is the natural way I respond to the goodness I’m experiencing from God.”
I refuse to read the full track list until I post the song I’d most like to see on the Christmas album (although I am not sure how well it would meld with Danny’s voice): “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear.” It’s always been a favorite, but it seems to be overlooked on Christmas albums generally. I also like “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.”
I know we sang “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear” in one of my elementary school Christmas programs because I still remember the lyrics! I wonder if it would be a rather low key for Danny?
Mercy Me does a nice rendition of it:
Ughh. Nope. I shut off Mercy Me’s version of “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear.” Maybe it’s better if Danny doesn’t touch it. I hated what he did to “O Holy Night” on the last Christmas album.
I didn’t buy last year’s Christmas album but I definitely plan to both albums I’m sure they will both be awesome The will definitely be good gifts for me and my sister

And look what else I’ve learned, not only is Danny dueting with Natalie, he has a song with Kari Jobe and David Archuleta!
Welcome Karen and Maria. 🙂
Looking forward to Danny’s new Christmas CD.
Many dates to choose from, so hoping to see Danny on his Christmas Tour.
Autumn leaves are starting to fall. Just got done picking up pine nuts from our trees.. They really are tasty. 🙂
