The GMA will not be hosting a typical awards show.  Here is their announcement about the awards on Friday, October 30th:

Even in the midst of our changed plans, God is at work. We’re excited to announce that we will continue our partnership with TBN and our artist and songwriter community to bring you a beautiful cinematic-like experience. This special, broadcast-only GMA Dove Awards will continue to showcase the music that moves us and also remind us how these songs and this Message minister to so many, especially this year.
