The Celebrate Christmas Tour with Natalie Grant It’s the last discussion post for 2017!
And boy, what a year it was! Danny Gokey performed on three tours plus he had lots of individual shows – including a return to Summerfest in his hometown of Milwaukee!

In addition to the opportunity to be on such awesome tours, he also took home another K-LOVE Fan Award for Male Performer of the Year, received more Dove Award nominations and his first Grammy nomination! Next year is shaping up to be another great year with two tours already forming: The Hits Deep Tour with TobyMac and Danny’s own Comeback Tour! And I bet we can count on Danny’s creative management team to throw us a few surprises, too!

The Celebrate Christmas Tour
I feel very fortunate that we could attend the Celebrate Christmas Tour for a second year in a row. Wisconsinites are very lucky that Danny Gokey and Natalie Grant returned to Green Bay, Wisconsin this year (and added Kenosha) for their second annual Christmas tour. If you can’t attend this limited run show, we will do our best to share! I will be posting more photos and short videos from the show. Stay tuned!
Much of the set list is the same – with favorites like “Mary Did You Know”, “Give Me Jesus”, and “Christmas is Here”. This year Danny added his singles “The Comeback” and “Lift Up Your Eyes”. And they did a medley that included, “Christmas Time is Here”. Do Continue reading “Welcome to Danny Gokey News & Discussion- 12/04 -12/17/17”

We thank Brittenay Johnson for sharing her behind the scenes view – via her viewfinder- of the DG Band in action. This two day event is the first Kentucky event for the Lighthouse Events. The line-up was pretty stellar on Danny’s night of Saturday, September 16th. It included: Joe Lycan, Iron Bell, Jasmine Murray, Jordan Feliz, Hawk Nelson, Zach Williams, Jeff Kemp, Danny Gokey and Jeremy Camp.
