The Danny Gokey Band Wows a Sold Out Show
I was fortunate to take in the final concert of Danny Gokey’s “Hope Encounter Tour” at a suburb of Chicago. This was likely the biggest sell out audience of the tour. It was announced that the Naperville venue had over 2,700 attendees! I can believe it! I also think it was the largest VIP line I had ever seen. I conservatively estimated 200 people (my husband thought it was closer to 300) waited in line to have a picture taken with Danny before the VIPs could claim the best seats for the night.

Tonight was a night for the books. About 3000 people crammed into this sold out venue to make the last show one to remember. So grateful to @vonrayproject and so sad that it is his last tour with us. He has been an amazing music director and a rock for our entire band to lean on. Exited to see what’s next for him but extremely sad that he won’t be on tour with us any longer. Grateful to my band and crew for making every night seamless. Grateful for how God met us in a special way every single night. Thank you to everyone who came out and everybody who buys, streams and believes in my music! The best is yet to come.
